Rebar Coupler for Machanical Splicing is designed to produce a full strength mechanical joint between reinforcing bars, replacing the need for lap splices.
Processing procedure:
1 first cutting the rebar end square
2 peel the rib and threading the rebar end by cold rolling machine
3 connect the rebar, it has higher tensile strength than the rebar and make sure the bar break.
Coupler type:
1 Standard coupler
2 Position coupler(left-right hand thread)
3 Transition coupler(different diameter)

2. Splice rebar dia 12--50mm.

5. High strength, tensile test usually more than 600Mpa, Tensile strength can reach 110% of yield strength of parent rebar.
