ARCH Cutting Tools Acquires Diversified Precision Products - Monitordaily

ARCH Cutting Tools, acquired Diversified Precision Products, a company that specializes in custom round tools and work rest blades for the automotive, medical, agricultural, heavy equipment and aerospace industries.

“Diversified Precision Products is a welcome addition to the ARCH family, further bolstering our custom tooling DNA,” Jeff Cederstrom, divisional president of ARCH Cutting Tools, said. “I look forward to offering Diversified Precision Products’ cutting tool design capabilities and responsive domestic manufacturing to ARCH’s growing customer base, particularly in the transportation and aerospace industries.”
