NISSEI CO., LTD.

2022-05-14 20:34:51 By : Mr. Andy Wang

NISSEI specializes in form rolling technology.

NISSEI also operates as a licenser of Perfect Lock Bolt (PLBv2) technology. The objective of the PLBv2 licensing business is to give the manufacturing and selling rights of PLBv2 to local bolt or parts manufacturers under a license agreement.

The licensees can select the following options:

①Rent dies for PLBv2 production.

By renting the thread rolling dies from NISSEI, the licensee can manufacture PLBv2 using the same manufacturing process as the standard bolts.

This means that licensees can produce this high value-added product at a reduced initial cost, as they don't need to introduce new machinery.

In conclusion, licensees can make large profits by manufacturing and selling PLBv2.

The usual bolts can loosen easily and unexpectedly when exposed to vibration.

The nut and washer type of anti-loosening products are widely used, but no bolted fastener combines the high anti-loosening performance, good usability, and low price required by users.

Reducing the price of conventional products is very difficult because they cannot be mass-produced.

To solve this problem, we, a manufacturer of cylindrical die form rolling machines, have started to develop a bolt-type fastener and a mass production tool that meets all the requirements of the users.

NISSEI targets local bolt or parts manufacturers to roll and sell the PLB under a licensing arrangement.

We are the world's leading manufacturer of Cylindrical Die Form Rolling Machines and can offer technical advice on the PLBv2 manufacturing process as an option.

The target is 200 million yen in the PLBv2 licensing business by the end of five years.

Licensor, Licensee, and User will all benefit from the worldwide spread of PLBv2.
